Optimising Layouts / Processes
When optimising layouts and processes we apply the Value Engineering Methodology FAST Diagram (Functional Analysis System Technique) and review all the functions that are performed within the layout or process and with a team, to identify the problem areas and bottle necks and present solutions that will improve the performance of the resourced deployed.
Additionally the Value Management process will allow for non-technical problems to be identified that impact negatively on the production / operation.
Reduce Procurement Cost / Optimise Maintenance
Here we apply the Value Management Methodology to identify opportunities to reduce cost in procurement and maintenance activities.
